What's your experience/opinion with Ford vehicles, if any?

@SweetMae All the ones my family owned had transmission issues of some sort.

@SubstantialKick That is one of the problems I had but only with the older ones made between 1964 and 1972.

@SweetMae hard to start,at least in those years🤦‍♀️

@SubstantialKick we had a couple transmission issues too on a few company vehicles. But after 160,000 miles. I didn't mind.

@SweetMae I can’t stop thinking about your Mustang. And no, that’s not a euphemism, LOL. Didn’t you have a really early one?

@SweetMae those were good fords. i know two people who had them from those years and they ran forever

@bookerdana Funny, I was watching an old episode of COPS on YouTube from 1989 or so...where some officers in Portland, OR were trying to help this homeless guy get his '65 Ford Falcon wagon started...lol.

@SubstantialKick The tv series the FBI had to pause taping after the agents jumped into their cars so they could be jumped..all fords..as a teen I had a T-bird everyone called the Thunder Stall!

@Harmonium1923 I had a 64.5 Pony Edition.

@SubstantialKick I never had that problem.

@bookerdana I did have to replace the starter solenoid on the 74 Ford LTD but that was an easy fix for me.

@SweetMae T bird needed 4 but it may not have been al the cars fault...it always broke on the road till the last time,my mechanic fished out parts of the previous starters;it had a separate housing..what a noightmare🤦‍♀️

@bookerdana Some parts are not made as well as others.

@SweetMae True but only my mechanic knew you had to take off the starter housing..he hated Fords😜
