The Fugitive
So I'm watching the fugitive, great film, and while he didn't kill his wife he goes on to break a whole lot of other laws. He steals some clothes from poor old unconscious Mr Johnson, and the old guy's lunch. He steals a mechanic's jumpsuit, medication from the hospital which being America I mean fair enough, but then he goes on to steal an ambulance. There's also trespassing and I'm sure it's not legal to go jumping out of dam tunnels. So while he proves his innocence with regards to his wife, he does a hell of a lot of other stuff. I just wonder how the legal system would go about his actions after he gets loose if it were real life, if they really would just go "Well you know he was headed for death row and he didn't kill his wife, so fair enough". I doubt they would.
