@ThoughtGuy They weren't opposed to a good hanging either, neither were the NAZIS, they liked a good hanging. Oh sure, the French and the Germans get remembered for the guillotine and for gassing people in the shower, but they were all for a hanging too.

@Allelse And firing squads, drownings, burnings, and other various forms of cruelty some of which left the unfortunate alive.
The truth is people on all sides are guilty of the above at some point in history.
