Have you ever had an encounter with some sort of crazy person?

What did they do that made you realize that something was off about them?

I lived in Oakland for over 20 years and walked everywhere. I encountered many "crazy" people in my travels. I learned to not make eye contact, mind my own business and get out of the way.
