Countless...otherwise known as the homeless. Urinating in a trash can. Insane ravings. Just on-going non-sensical ramblings. There was the “crazy spitting lady”annoying UES. Sad as these poor folks need help and no one can.

Its called humane housing policies..housing could be construed as a right and actually is in some places.
