Have you ever had an encounter with some sort of crazy person?

She was my neighbour across the hall. she would stalk me in public at night. She insulted people and anyone she didn’t like . She even called me the c word for no reason - just to get a reaction. I called the police many times - nothing they could do. It wasn’t against the law. I had to move
