Why do you think I keep dreaming that I own a horse which I've forgotten about?

And when I find the horse it's all malnourished and half dead from my neglect. I hate that dream!!!

I believe dreams are completely random, brought on by various stimuli throughout the day. I don't have a reason to believe they have meanings.

I’m not sure. I have very similar dreams often. Instead of a horse, it’s a baby, though.

@itsok Interesting. Well I have looked after animals all my life, not big farm animals but cats, dogs, ducks, ferrets, chickens and so on. Maybe it's part of a fear of letting something or someone down. Or perhaps we're both too hard on ourselves and don't want to be responsible for an innocent creature's suffering.
