Is fetishizing another race, racist?

I asked about if not being attracted to them is racist and I think the majority was saying its not and its just a preference, which is fine

But what about fetishizing a certain race?
Like white girls fetishizing black guys
Or white guys fetishizing Asians
Or black girls fetishizing white guys

Now im not talking about fetishizing them in the way of calling them slurs and actually being offensive with it
But like "Wow I've always loved Asian girls and you're so beautiful"

No that is not racist. That simply means you are attracted to someone who looks a certain way, be it shape of face, colour of eyes, colour of skin, etc.

@SW-User i think what I meant was preference. I don't know exactly what I meant. Like you want to be with every Asian girl and think about them being beautiful everytime
Which i guess is like sexually objectifying women through racial preference. Idk I'm confusing myself at this point so take my op however you want to 😂

fetish - noun - a form of sexual desire in which gratification depends to an abnormal degree on some object or item of clothing or part of the body

I.e. A form of sexual desire in which gratification depends to an abnormal degree on race.

I'm still fairly certain this is not racist or a problem... Sexual desire isn't something we can control. If it were then we could say being gay (A form of sexual desire in which gratification depends to an abnormal degree on sex/gender) would be sexist, which it clearly isn't.

So no, to fetishise a race is not racist.
