You are correct, mass pandemics are not new, but our ability to travel easily makes it much more likely to spread far and wide much faster if precautions aren't taken!

@spjennifer very correct in pointing out we dont know the origin of covid19 and the question is will we ever truly know? I think the answers are going to come about in how the gov'ts ultimately decide on its cure, and how the cure will go on to impact our lives?
