How honest is your employer, using colleagues as an example?

Colleagues or no colleagues I would never fully trust any employer. They are in business to make a profit. Therefore short comings in methods are always in conflict.

Some are better than others, yet profits always take a priority over doing the right thing. I have come across such conflicts in every job I have held. 😔

I have to state this first because colleagues are dependant on hiring practices. Which are also often in conflict with profit.
