Is it weird to force a relationship and beg to be with one person and then marry someone else

Thats some kind of messed up.

A "forced" relationship, where one has to beg for it, is not much of a relationship. Both people should love each other, and wholeheartedly want to be together. And someone who begs for one person, only to marry another, sounds unstable, and is probably someone you're better off without.

I wouldn't call it weird, I think it's more along the lines of FU
