How do you find the motivation to keep on going?

I think of my son. He's my reason to breathe,to fight to even stay alive.

I knew somebody who couldnt carry on he took is own life, i saw what it did to his family and friends, thats the reason i carry on, also therenis always someone worse off

I remember the reason why I started in the first place. Normally, if I'm doing something difficult, it's because I don't have any other alternative.

I dont have to want to do it, I just have to do it

I think about all the people I have to prove wrong. As long as that gives me the motivation for the next step, it'll keep the ball rolling.

I find motivation in getting through things. Even though it's difficult, pushing through is what motivates me.

I can’t have things pile up or I would get depressed and anxious so I keep going.
