@SweetMae he's walking again on his prosthetic legs and sadly his left arm got amputated too, but the guys managed to carry on and is raising 3 kids too.

@Therifleman I am so glad you had each other. Unfortunately my son's best friend did not survive his first tour of Iraq. His death touched me very deeply. He was such a descent and kind young man. He always called me Mom.

@SweetMae I lost friends and witnessed some horrific things it will never leave me but I am able to accept what happened and what I have had to do. I'm sorry for your loss I salute his service next glass of whiskey I pour I'll raise it for him and all fallen comrades.
