-Keep my sleep on a regular schedule
-Eat a light, veggie-heavy diet
-Exercise outside when I can
-Only lie when it's necessary
-Take extra-good care of my hygiene
-Open up about what gets me down
-Abstain from drugs other than caffeine
-Eat dark chocolate
