Are you crazy? How about a little supervision?
Lucyy22-25, F
@MarkPaul it could have been much worse馃ぃ dogs chewing things isn't a crazy concept. Better this than a cooked meal lol
MarkPaul26-30, M
@Lucyy Yeah, I guess you are right, but still she needs to learn how to be a little bit more responsible.
Lucyy22-25, F
@MarkPaul eh. My dog chews shoes or books all the time. You can't keep them locked up all Day. These things happen lol
MarkPaul26-30, M
@Lucyy Not with proper supervision and training.
Lucyy22-25, F
@MarkPaul how would you know if the dog is being trained or not lol? Rescue dogs especially have issues with wetting or chewing. not every dog is the same.
MarkPaul26-30, M
@Lucyy A trained dog wouldn't do something like that and someone who knows how to properly train a dog would not be so casual about a dog who did that.
AmmieBell18-21, F
@MarkPaul we're actually in the process of training him right now. We got him last month as a rescue. And we've trained five dogs before him lol. Thanks though
MarkPaul26-30, M
@AmmieBell Oh, okay. Well, be sure not to put it off. Dogs respond well to training if you are clear, direct, and consistent.
AmmieBell18-21, F
@MarkPaul i know lol. We work with him daily. A part of training a dog with a chewing issue is actually to secure all hard objects. Not fluffy objects like this. He learns to NOT chew on them. He'd been fine for about a week now. But at least some soft objects are supposed to be left down as part of training. Whereas chewing on hard objects hurts their teeth if it's compulsive chewing so those all need be be secured
