Were you disciplined as a child?

My dad would hit me with a belt. It would probably have landed him in jail nowadays.

No. I don't consider the kind of abuse I endured discipline. My mother just hit me hard on the front of my body or on my face whenever she wanted to intimidate or humiliate me.
