When you are home, do you leave your socks inside your shoes or do you keep them separately?

Separately, so my shoes and socks can both air out. I tend to rewear socks, which I know a lot of people think is gross but idc, but I think it'd be worse to rewear them if they were still wet with yesterday's sweat.
