What is your most memorable Valentines Day?

Back in 2007, I had to planned to give a card to a girl whom I had a crush on. Unfortunately she didn't show up to school, and according to her friends, it was because she was severly injured in a bad car crash the evening before in a major snowstorm that we had. I felt so bad for the poor young lady.

It was middle school. I liked a boy and put so much effort into a valentine that he couldn’t have looked anymore disgusted with. I went to the valentines dance where a friend of mine and I took a picture in the photo booth. We each got a copy. We all hung out with lots of friends. But unfortunately there was a miscommunication and he thought I liked him more than a friend and told me about having a crush on me asking if I’d be his girlfriend. I thought being rejected sucked. Turning him down hurt me worse. 😕

Other than that I like to make valentines for my loved ones but I never have celebrated it as an important holiday with any romantic partner.

@Mrsbetweenfatandfit Holy cow. I went to a Valentines Day dance my sophomore year of high school. Hardly any one showed up and I just stood around the whole time looking for someone to dance with, lol 😆.
