Would you get plastic surgery if you had money?
I totally would. I would get my top surgery fixed, possibly a simple release metoidioplasty, and a rhinoplasty because my nose is too big.

@ShaythePanTransMan if its serious and I can't do anything about it..why stress? If its serious and I can do something about it? then I'll fix it. either way at the end results might not what you expect and taking it really seriously won't help anyone especially yourself.
