Would you get plastic surgery if you had money?
I totally would. I would get my top surgery fixed, possibly a simple release metoidioplasty, and a rhinoplasty because my nose is too big.

No I wouldn't do anything like that unless it was necessary. My uncle had wing nut ears and had them seen to but I understood that as it ruined his looks.
