Do you like donating blood?
I've always wanted to...but I can't because I don't weigh enough. I thought I could finally do it this year...but then boom, you have to be over 100 lbs, and I'm 97. Maybe I should've lied.

I've donated for years, and I'm scheduled to donate again this week. I've been turned down several times for low hematocrit. I'm glad I'm able to give.

Same hear I can't put in on there are lots of things to tell people how to take waight of but none to put it on

@Flenflyys Totally. I used to be anemic and have the same problem. Is it iron deficiency?
