Why hasn't the ghost killed me yet?

This spooky spirit has done all kinds of crazy things to me. It key scratched my car, then placed a creepy looking branch very close to my window. It also caused my entire browser history to delete after my friend borrowed my laptop for the night.

Should I contact some type of ghost police; like a crime stomping spirit team?
