For me it was, “you have a very nice looking cervix.”

When I was in my 30s a very elderly man (80s or so) told me I was “pretty in the way women were” when he was a young man. I didn’t know what to make of that, but it sounded like he meant it kindly, so I thanked him and moved on. Of course it occurred to me later that that would’ve been before gyms and plastic surgery were popular. 😏
