Age is a relative thing. Do you go up stairs two at a time? 🤔

Earlier today a lady in her late forties yet over weight was by pasted by her grandchildren going up the stairs. She was huffing and puffing at the base of the stairs.

Being behind and slightly to her left she said to me go ahead I've got COPD, don't start smoking.

I didn't say anything. I didn't have the heart to say that I've probably smoked longer than her, still smoke and at I am 60 years old.

I still took the stairs two at a time! 😈

My mom has COPD and my dad died from esophageal cancer. Smoking is bad.

@Waymore We are close of age. The point here is not the smoking. It's every thing is relative.

I doubt she even knew I was much older than her.

Yeah, it's strange how some die of cancer over smoking and others do it well in to their 90's! 😯

@Peaches My grandmother smoked all her life. Died in her 90s. I suspect i inherited that from her. Pics of her you have seen I believe.
Be careful on those stairs, 2 at a time, you could fall and break your neck.

@softspokenman 😄 Not as likely as the kids here.

It depends. If I am in a hurry I do. But if not, then no.

@Zonuss I sometimes do it just for the fun of it.

Like waking on the curb edge of a lawned area instead of directly on the grass or gutter area.
