What is the most effective way not to lose the knowledge you learn/read?

Most helpful way to study?
Zoranna · F
I found it helpful to write it out a few times, even just in bullet points. Helps to transfer it from short term memory to long term. Worked for me.

Study for around 30 minutes in a block , then take 10 minutes on another activity. (Not more study) Walk the dog, do something physical related. This will stop you overloading and losing too much that you have previously studied. Think of it as mental digestion time

Build on your interest in what you are learning and move ahead before you wanna get into something completely different.

Play with the ebbs and flows of your personal curiosity-energy and honor where it goes.

That should help some. About the mechanics of getting the assignments done well,

who knows??

Maybe repeat what you've learned a few times, and then build on that and repeat that a little. Give yourself a chance to fully digest everything, while continuing to move forward and learning more, at a pace that works for you.
Use it every day.

Mind palace.

@Timezone long process

First you have to write down the order of information

Then you have to figure out what links them(neurons in mind store more information if you do it)

Third step is to give a pointer to the whole block of information

Fourth step is to figure out how it all connects to your mind palace.
