Do blizzards happen in the winter where you live?

Here in northern Illinois we only get them every few years, but when we do get them they are pretty nasty 馃槄...like the blizzards of 1999, 2011, and 2015.

No we get about 3 inches of snow per year

@SW-User And that's just [b]average[/b]. The highest winter snowfall total ever in Chicago is [b]89.7[/b] inches back in the winter of 1978-1979.
