What was your first paying job?
Mine was at a crappy inner city Burger King in the summer of 1993, for $4.25/hr. Adjusted for inflation, that is $7.32 in 2019 dollars.

I was a loader for a place that sold trees, plants and all sorts of things like that. I basically got paid to work out 6 hours a day each summer I was there. Not a bad way to stay in shape.
