A 2004 Oldsmobile alero... Had it from December 2016-january 2018 and the steering completely rusted off the subframe. I'm lucky as hell I didn't lose control on the interstate and crash. I was about 2 blocks off the interstate when it broke completely coming home from a 40 minute drive after midnight.
@ForeverGrowingOld My Grand Am developed some strange problem with the anti-theft system where it wouldn't let you start the car unless you held the key in the ignition in the on position for 10 minutes, which would reset it. That's another common GM problem, apparently.

I started driving farm tractors when I was 5. By ten I was driving an old 1950 Chevy one ton truck. I took my drivers license when I was 16 in a 1953 Chevy sedan. I have driven trucks and cars since then. I owned an airplane before I owned my first car a 1979 Chevy Chevette. I have owned Toyota's GMs Fords and Chryslers.

@TryingtoLava They are pretty expensive, though. The compact Model 3 for example starts at $35,000. I think I'll look at the Honda Insight which starts at $22,930, as there is a Honda dealership near me. It's a nice looking car for the price...
