Do you feel like an adult?

I'm 23 and I feel like I'm the exact same person I was in high school. How do you know when you're mentally an adult, or is feeling like an adult just a myth?

I'm 63, best I can tell you is when people younger than you start to annoy you with their weird clothes and strange music and use dumb new phrases to describe pointless stuff in their lives then one day you stop and say to your self... Oh crap, I'm an adult!
