Do you feel like an adult?

I'm 23 and I feel like I'm the exact same person I was in high school. How do you know when you're mentally an adult, or is feeling like an adult just a myth?

Whether or not you feel like an adult, isn't necessary you are an adult and you have to be and act like one. I'm coming around to this myself going on thirty.
