How do you get over other girls making fun of you ?

Be absolutely flattered that they spend all of their time thinking about you. Seriously...you must be pretty amazing for people to focus on everything about you.

I try to evaluate if it's me or them. If it's me then I try to improve what I do wrong and if it's them then I just ignore them and think to myself how primitive they are.

Understand that it reflects much more on them than on you. People who are truly “together” don’t need to make fun of anyone else.

Laugh at them and tell them they are fat.
