How do you regain trust with someone you love?

I really love him, i do. Ive forgiven him but i just cant seem to trusy him again even if he hasnt done anything. That little fear of happening again is still there and i feel uncomfortable when hes not around me because is so easy to lie. I want to try again. I just cant control thjs feeling.

If you can't then don't. Forcing it will just shorten the lifespan of that 'trust'. He ether instills trust or he doesn't and if he doesn't you should listen to yourself and trust that feeling. [i]IF [/i]you feel strongly that he deserves your trust again then nothing but time will heal the wound.
