How do you regain trust with someone you love?

I really love him, i do. Ive forgiven him but i just cant seem to trusy him again even if he hasnt done anything. That little fear of happening again is still there and i feel uncomfortable when hes not around me because is so easy to lie. I want to try again. I just cant control thjs feeling.

If he lost your trust he has to earn it back. It takes time and it's completely up to him to earn. That's why you feel the way you do. He hasn't earned it back yet.

It's definitely not your fault and you don't have to do anything or feel guilty for it.
