How do you regain trust with someone you love?

I really love him, i do. Ive forgiven him but i just cant seem to trusy him again even if he hasnt done anything. That little fear of happening again is still there and i feel uncomfortable when hes not around me because is so easy to lie. I want to try again. I just cant control thjs feeling.

Nor can you control it. It may lessen with the passage of time and trust may return if he continues not to “do anything.” Up to you whether he’s worth the risk of that possibility.
