@karysma having a nutritious diet is necessary. You need not take excessive fat/nutrients. Yoga will also help you optimise things, it can also improve balance.
Please check what you can do in yoga. Prayanams are very beneficial but you need to keep your spine in any posture in a straight line. But I guess you may need to consult a yoga expert in your case.
