Food is important. Eat regularly, daily, and see if it even happens again. I had to eat more regularly before I realized not eating was causing some of my fainting spells to happen earlier and more regularly. @karysma

@KayraJordyn I agree food is important. I was pushing myself to the living room to go eat breakfast. I don't eat much hence the reason why I get dizzy spells on daily. I try to eat as much as I can though

Do remember, even small snacks throughout the day can help. Especially snacks high in protein. If you want to stay as well as possible, you gotta take care of you, you know? I know it's annoying. It's something that's a never-ending boring fact that I must adhere to, as I'm not often very hungry, but it matters that we are nourished. Blessings, @karysma. :)
