@SW-User Yeah people can be prickly I think most of time, most don't realize how they are projecting their toxicity on others. I was never a fan of customer service type work, people always find a way to get under your skin, for no reason. It's better to find a job where you don't have to interact much, than get polluted by bad behavior.
