Fucking up a person's head? That's completely different and I'll give you an example. A guy holding down and raping an 11 year old girl, now that's fucking up somebody's head. He will have completely changed total aspects of her brain's mental capacity to handle future stress not to mention the impact on her sexual psychology for the rest of her life.
