What outdoor activity haven’t you tried, but would like to?

I want to watch the sun rise in a Hot Air Balloon. I want to go up high into the atmosphere. Up where the Eagles soar.
Take stunning photographs of the Avon River and the rolling hills of the Avon Valley

I backpack a lot, up to around 12,000 feet, but would like to try high altitude mountaineering. That's a different game.

@FaeLuna Personally I would be too afraid to do that. Sharks being a major deterrent. I would spend more time looking behind me than enjoying the scenery.
