How many of you are desperate for pure love, committed and just like in fiction. Not leaving no matter what and fighting to stay together types?

I've come to believe that most love is a feeling of possession. That desperate desire to be with someone, the jealousy if they are with another. I don't think the fictional type really lasts, but I've come across that blind all-consuming impulse twice.
