Has anyone ever worn their underwear inside out or back to front by mistake?

I never wear undies and it brought me unstuck bigtime when I was about 11 yrs .
I went to a circus and at interval they called for volunteers to ride a pony.
They had a safety harnes that was attach to a rope which went a pulley high in the tent . The harness went around the chest high under the arms and was fitted tight .
When a rider fell off a clown was holding other end of rope and could hoist the rider safely into the air then slowly down onto the ground.
We were told to take our shirts n shoes off befor the harnes was fitted .
The first boy went and fell off as he swung around in the air a clown pretended to trip as he caught him n pulled his shorts down but undies stayed up . .
Second rider same happen but his undies also come down but just to his privates his ass could be seen but not his dick.
Now my turn I knew they would try to pull my shorts down but I think I was to shock to not ride .
I had a plan in my head that I would grab the waist of my shorts to stop them coming down.
I am now swing in the air and go to grab my shorts waist band but can not reach as the safety harness is tight under my arms and I can not lower my arms .
I feel my shorts being tug down i hope just a little bit but no they come complete off . I'm now swinging total nude in front of whole crowd and they cheered loudly .
I was left swinging for what seemed like an eternity befor I was lowered down and reunited with my clothes .
This experience was more than 50 years ago and of course would not be tolerated today.
