Has a friend ever betrayed you? If so what did you do about it?

I kicked her out of my house, blocked her number and never spoke to her again. This was a friend since childhood so it took me a long time to get to that point. I've never regretted it. Sometimes it has to be done.

I had a friend who betrayed me when I was a teenager. I thought it was great how her and my boyfriend were getting along. I was so naive. They had gotten together behind my back and she was even living with me and my parents. I remember I drew a picture of her getting knifed in my diary. I know it's not connected or anything but years later some guy killed her. Our friendship and her life was more important than some teenage romance. I wish i had been on good terms with her when I last saw her.

Oh yes. Stayed as far away as possible. No more a friend.

She tried to get me to break up with my man... it didn't work, so I cut the cancer off.

I forgive the bastard every time coz I love the guy, been my mate for 9 years or so now, starting from early to mid years of school. But of course, somewhere, somehow, he unintentionally betrays my trust by exhibiting his usual lack of ability to keep promises. The kind of person who simply shouldn't make promises at all. Way too impulsive for that. But what can I say, he's still there even after shit's hit the fan a few times. Gotta weigh the good against the bad sometimes and root for the good. I guess time will tell which side of the scale dips.
