It is encouraging seeing so many many admit to this. Good on you, guys. I'm feeling some real pride in my gender.
karysma · 31-35, F
@ronisme1 Glad you found yourself a woman that makes you happy after everything you've been through 😄
ronisme1 · 61-69, M
I wanted my happiness, thank you
karysma · 31-35, F
And you deserve it

Only once when my wife of 20 years told me she didn't love me anymore. I won't let that situation ever happen again.

@SW-User We are :)

@SW-User All good mates together.

@SW-User You're very kind, some would have seen my words as pushing buttons

I admire a man who can show emotion...
missit15 · 56-60, M
yes... i have been in love many times... still looking for that final one...
karysma · 31-35, F
Maybe I've never loved someone enough to cry because of them
missit15 · 56-60, M
on day you may....
karysma · 31-35, F
That's unlikely. I'm never dating ever
Dolimyte · 41-45, M
All the time. If you're with a guy that doesn't, hes either repressing his emotions or is an uncaring prick. Neither is a good situation.
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
@Dolimyte some of us are just more emotionally detached than overly sensitive; it's not about repression or empathy. Not everyone "feels" the same way.

It's not that I don't feel something... it's that I don't feel it as much as others do.
Bushranger · 70-79, M
Yes, and why not.
Bushranger · 70-79, M
@RemovedUsername786576 Ah, no problem. The why not was a rhetorical question, implying that there is nothing wrong with men crying. It has been a problem with western culture for far too long that men are supposed to keep their emotions in check.

@RemovedUsername786576 Couldn't agree more, my friend.
no. I haven’t really been in love yet or in a serious relationship to be that emotional invested tbh.
karysma · 31-35, F
You will be one day
SW-User
Yes, and I know it's sad, I would continue to cry if I could.
karysma · 31-35, F
You still feel the pain even now?
SW-User
@karysma yes, but that's a story in of its own.
ronisme1 · 61-69, M
karysma - great question - i hope someone learns that it happens to guys too
Thetimetraveler · 41-45, M
Yes I shedded some manly tears once. Looking back it was pathetic
ThePerfectUsername · 70-79, M
It's been a while but yeah, been there, done that.
SW-User
Yes. Nobody is worth that.
GentleJoe · 61-69, M
Ireway · 31-35, M
I haven't cried since I was a child. I find it impossible, no matter how hard or painful things get. Don't dwell, get up and move on.
karysma · 31-35, F
@Ireway not even when your loved one dies?
Ireway · 31-35, M
Nope...im not saying it's because I am tough or anything...i just find it to be the most difficult thing to do.
karysma · 31-35, F
Most guys are just like you. I was asking my little brother when last he cried a few months ago and he told me he didn't remember meaning it's been a long time
SW-User
Erm....yes. Next.
vetguy1991 · 51-55, M
Degbeme · 70-79, M
