Reasons for anxiety...

1. I have to go pick up a new Internet modem from the cable company (I've put it off for 2 weeks now).
2. I have to disconnect from the Internet.
3. I have to trust the new modem will work when I reconnect everything.

None of these are reasons for anxiety and don't really require doing anything I am not capable of doing. So, why do I feel anxious?

I have anxiety over the littlest things. I think it comes from overthinking. I've noticed that when I sit around and think about things it makes it much worse. However, once I get moving, the anxiety decreases. Hope this helps. I really do know how much it sucks fighting with your mind!
@SW-User Good, honest advice and so very true :)

@Justbychance Thank you! Wish I hadn't had first hand experience!
@SW-User Oh and me too; family issues, and such, bring much to bear on many of our lives. I have had my struggles (still do) but getting in control is more than half the battle; I have a lot to be thankful for. Racing mind in the very early days took it's toll, but I got past that more out of logic than anything else.

And yes, moving is most definitely one of the NEEDS of a person with Anxiety.

Thank you also :)
