About Nipple Rings....

I am thinking about a nipple ring....I know a couple guys who have them and they like them...I have enjoyed playing with them ....I am thinking about getting one? Or both? Do I lose sensitivity or does it increase?

My ex got one (before shd was ex lol). Increased the sensitivity substantially, also made her even more keen than she usually was if you know what I mean.
Based on conversations with several people, may also experience an urge to show it off
