Does anyone else wake up in the middle of the night at roughly the same time every night🤔

Yes 3am..... It's like clockwork... I wouldn't mind if it was to go to the bathroom but that's not the case.. So I either lie staring aimlessly at the ceiling or doing some work... Then of course by 7am I'm dead to the world... Grrrr!
