fyi research Cortosil levels. The body has a natural wake up time and it could be the levels are peaking too early.

@thatgirllllll your body's clock is off. We have an internal clock much like birds when they start signing as the sun comes up. We mess it up with caffeine, chemicals, etc. My issue is when my son is home he gets in around 1am and my body is on high alert to wake up and make sure he's home safe. That's why it's tough to work nights, etc. Our body is naturally set. It's all biology 😁.
