What the hell?

My phone bill went from 122 to 191. They raised their rates.

IT TURNS OUT THEY ADDED FEATURES WITHOUT MY REQUESTING THEM AND BILLED ME FOR TWO MONTHS. I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM.
