I been thinking about converting the garage into a living area for the guess house. I was wondering have any of u guy's done it before at your house. Is it easy or hard

If u have no building experience its not something i should imagine u could do urself. Plumbing. Flooring. Insulating. Plastering etc etc. Worth weighing up the costs and seing if its a price ud be happy to pay.
