I'd recommend using wordpress. You can start off with a free site, and maybe work your way up. But seriously, it only costs a few quid a month for a domain.
A lot of large companies frequently use wordpress sites so you know, so there's no real shame in it.

@SpaceMushroom That only applies to the free websites. If you pay a small fee they give you a regular .com website.
